Every Big Announcement and Trailer from Summer Game Fest 2024**


Geoff Keighley's annual game show delivered an array of high-energy trailers and subtle reveals. Here's a recap of all the major announcements and trailers from Summer Game Fest 2024:


Lego Horizon Adventures**

Aloy's adventures through a post-apocalyptic wasteland take a cute and whimsical turn in "Lego Horizon Adventures." This isometric, Lego-fied version of Guerrilla Games’ open-world series is coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC later this year.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions**

The multiplayer Quidditch game set in the wizarding world of Harry Potter is set for release on September 3. It will be available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, and included with PlayStation Plus on day one.


Cuffbust**

From the creators of the horror train game "Choo Choo Charles" comes "Cuffbust," a chaotic prison escape game featuring Jailiens. This fun and frenetic game is scheduled for release in 2025.


**Sid Meier’s Civilization 7**

The iconic 4X turn-based strategy game series returns with "Sid Meier’s Civilization 7," promising to consume your sleep schedule once again when it releases on PC and consoles in 2025.


**Street Fighter 6 Year 2 Characters**

The "Street Fighter 6" roster is expanding with new characters: M. Bison (summer), Fatal Fury’s Terry Bogard (fall) and Mai Shiranui (winter 2025), and Street Fighter 3’s Elena (spring 2025).


**Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero**

The Dragon Ball Budokai Tenkaichi series returns with "Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero," launching on October 11 for PS5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X.

**Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves**

A new trailer for "Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves" confirms an early 2025 release window on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X, featuring new fighters B. Jenet and Vox Reaper.


**Monster Hunter Wilds**

Capcom unveiled more details about "Monster Hunter Wilds," with series producer Ryozo Tsujimoto presenting a new trailer and promising further insights at Gamescom Opening Night Live.


**Metaphor: ReFantazio**

Atlus and Studio Zero showcased "Metaphor: ReFantazio," a new turn-based fantasy strategy game. The game will release on October 11 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X.

**Six Titles from Blumhouse Games**

Blumhouse Games, the gaming division of the horror film production company, announced its first projects: "Crisol Theater of Idols" from Vermila Studios, "Grave Seasons" from Perfect Garbage, "Sleep Awake" from Eyes Out, "Fear the Spotlight" from Cozy Game Pals, "The Simulation" from PlayMeStudio, and "Project C" from Sam Barlow and Brandon Cronenberg.


**Alan Wake 2: Night Springs**

Remedy’s first expansion for "Alan Wake 2," titled "Night Springs," will explore mysterious, terrifying, and quirky what-if scenarios with a clear Twilight Zone vibe, releasing this weekend.


**Phantom Blade 0**

S-Game’s new trailer for "Phantom Blade 0" showcased gameplay that looked more Sekiro-like than ever.


**Slitterhead**

The new horror game from ex-Silent Hill and Siren developers, "Slitterhead," features unique design choices, such as transforming human blood into weapons. It will be released on November 8.

**Dune: Awakening**

Funcom's highly anticipated game "Dune: Awakening" was also showcased, offering a new look at the open-world survival MMO set in Frank Herbert’s iconic universe.
