The second and final installment of Bridgerton season three was released on Thursday, June 13, much to the delight of fans of the Regency-era drama.
The highly-anticipated third season premiered in two parts, with the first segment debuting on Netflix on May 16. The initial four episodes set a new record for the streaming service, amassing 45 million views within the first four days, according to Netflix's own figures.
Based on Julia Quinn’s book series, the beloved show follows the lives and romances of the Bridgerton family in Regency-era London.
Fans endured a two-year wait between seasons two and three, and recent reports indicate they may face another long wait for season four.

Bridgerton fans could be waiting another two years for the fourth instalment of the hit show.
“We are working to try and put the seasons out more quickly, but they do take eight months to film and then they have to be edited, and then they have to be dubbed into every language,” showrunner Jess Brownell told The Hollywood Reporter in June.
“And the writing takes a very long time as well, so we’re kind of on a two-year pace. We’re trying to speed up but somewhere in that range.”
Despite the wait, Brownell described season four as “some of her best work”.
She said: “I’m really excited about what we’re writing. We’re towards the end with the writers’ room season, with the scripts. And I feel like it’s some of my best work and my writers’ room’s best work. We’ve just really gelled our collaboration, and we’re firing on all cylinders, so I can’t wait for fans to see what we have.”
