Born on March 11, 1966, in Atlanta, Stewart embarked on her career as a local reporter and producer in Georgia before relocating to Little Rock, Arkansas, where she assumed the role of news anchor. In an interview with the Harvard International Review, she recounted her journey, highlighting her tenure as communications director in then-Governor Mike Huckabee's office and her subsequent involvement in his 2008 presidential campaign.
