Google celebrates chilaquiles, so here's how San Antonio does the dish

If you visit Google today, May 23, you'll notice the animated "Doodle" of the day is a playful depiction of chilaquiles, a Mexican dish often served for breakfast. Oakland-based artist Chava Oropesa is the person behind the illustration, which Google commissioned to honor the first widely known chilaquiles recipe, which the search engine says was published on this day in 1962

In San Antonio, locals celebrate chilaquiles every day by ordering it from our countless Mexican and Tex-Mex restaurants across the city. Read on for a few of MySA's recommendations on where to find the delicious dish
